2 Payments

2.1 What types of payment does afemalechoice.com accept?

2.2 I have paid for my order but it has not yet been shipped.

The shipment is made within one working day of the online purchase, if the payment is successful. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to check the status of your order.

2.3 I have canceled my order but have not received any credit yet.

– If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be refunded the exact amount of the canceled order.

In this case you will be refunded the amount equal to the price of the item/items you purchased, while the cost of shipping will be at your expense.

It is possible that an out-of-stock item will be replenished. We invite you to periodically check the actual availability of ea products

3.3 Is it possible to replace a product received?

Yes, it is possible to replace a product received.

  • If the new item has the same price as the old one, you must send the order to be replaced to the address A Female Choice di Lara Epifanio, Via Fontemezzina 105, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI) together with the REPLACEMENT FORM in which to indicate the item you wish to receive instead of the replaced one.
  • If the new item is priced lower, I will refund the difference.

4 Shipping

4.1 Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Italy (free shipping over €50) in Europe.

4.2 How long will my order and delivery take?

The times needed to process the order depend on the availability of the products. Generally the order is accepted and shipped within 2/3 working days.
Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 working days for Italy. Shipping times for Europe depend on the destination country.

During holidays such as Christmas, Easter, the month of August, shipments may require additional days due to the workload of the couriers.

4.3 How can I track my shipment?

Upon shipment, you will be sent an email from the shipping company to the address you provided with the tracking number and link to follow the status of the shipment.

5 Returns and Refunds

5.1 How long do I have to return a product?

The products must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same, with the exception of customized orders.

5.2 How can I make a return?

Download the RETURN FORM and send the order received to the address A Female Choice di Lara Epifanio, Via Fontemezzina 105, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI). Once the perfect condition of the item received has been ascertained, you will receive a refund of the exact amount of the returned item. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.

6.1 How can I order a personalized item?

Go to the Personalization page, select the item you prefer, select the design and complete the order like a normal shop item.

6.2 Will the item I receive be the same as the one in the picture?

In each article there is a real photo of the product, while all the others are mockups built to give a clearer idea of ​​what the final product will look like. As for the material and color, you have to refer to the original photo.

The size and position of the design and product may vary slightly from the mockup on the site.

6.3 What are the delivery times for a personalized item?

A personalized item is prepared and shipped within 10 working days.

6.4 Can I return a personalized item?

Yes, you can return a personalized item following the same procedure as for other items in the shop. ATTENTION : personalized items can be returned ONLY in case of defect or damage to the product, and NOT in case of wrong size.
