Returns and Refunds Policy
A Female Choice intends to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
A Female Choice will refund the cost of Products which are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged and accompanied by the relevant invoice/receipt. The costs incurred by A Female Choice for any customs clearance of the returned goods will be reversed from the refund amount.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method provided for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed and required.
The purchased goods can be returned within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refunded.
A Female Choice reserves the right to refuse returns of any products which do not comply with the requirements set out in the previous paragraph.
A Female Choice will undertake to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation and return order. A Female Choice will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed.
It is recommended to send the Products to be returned using an insured courier for the purpose of tracking the shipment. A Female Choice will not be liable for refunds or compensation for any returned products which are lost, stolen or damaged. Pursuant to Art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 15 (fifteen) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products, except as provided in the following paragraphs. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send to the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, the correctly completed form which can be downloaded at the foot of the page, containing:
– the manifestation of willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/20;
– the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
– the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase.
The communication can always be sent within the aforementioned term of 15 (fifteen) working days also by telegram, telex, fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order presented, he must send an e-mail to email@example.com, within 24 hours of when it was placed.
A Female Choice will make every effort to accommodate the Customer's request. However once the Product has been despatched, the order cannot be canceled or changed until such time as the despatched goods have been returned to A Female Choice.
