Returns and Refunds Policy

A Female Choice aims to ensure complete Customer satisfaction.

A Female Choice will refund the cost of Products returned by the Customer unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relevant invoice/receipt. The costs incurred by A Female Choice for the possible customs clearance of the returned goods will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method provided for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed and necessary.

The purchased goods may be returned within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

The delivery costs for the return of the Products are borne by the Customer; any cost incurred by the Customer for the redelivery will not be refundable.

A Female Choice reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do not meet the requirements referred to in the previous paragraph.

A Female Choice undertakes to refund the Customer promptly within and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation and product return order. A Female Choice will send a notification email once the refund has been issued.

It is recommended to ship the Products to be returned using an insured courier for tracking purposes. A Female Choice will not be responsible for the refund or compensation for those returned products that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Pursuant to Art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the Products, without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraphs. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send to the following email address info@afemalechoice.com, the correctly completed form downloadable at the bottom of the page, containing:

– the expression of will to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/20;

– the indication of the Products for which the Customer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal;

– the sequential order number issued at the time of purchase.

The communication can also be sent within the aforementioned term of 15 (fifteen) business days by telegram, telex, fax provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the next 48 hours.

If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the submitted order, they must send an email to info@afemalechoice.com within 24 hours of when it was placed.

A Female Choice will do everything possible to satisfy the Customer's request. However, once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to A Female Choice.
