The commercial relations between A Female Choice by Lara Epifanio and the Purchaser are governed by the following general terms and conditions of sale.

The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all contracts of sale concluded between the Purchaser and the Seller through the website www.afemalechoice.com. Each contract is subject to the general terms and conditions of sale published on the website at the time the contract is concluded.

Conclusion of the contract
  • The contract is concluded when the seller receives the purchase notification.
  • The purchaser will be obliged to pay the price at the time of the online purchase. This will occur after clicking on “Complete order” on the cart page.
  • Before concluding the contract, the purchaser will be required to accept that they have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Transfer of risk

The risks related to the products will pass to the purchaser from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is considered acquired as soon as full payment of all amounts due in relation to them is received.

Withdrawal
  • In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, starting from the date of receipt of the products.
  • The user who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase may do so by accessing the “FAQ” section on the A Female Choice website and downloading, completing, and sending the RETURN FORM together with the received package.
  • The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all their parts, and accompanied by the RETURN FORM.
  • The website will issue the refund via PayPal if paid with PayPal, or via bank transfer if paid by credit card. The user must indicate their IBAN in the RETURN FORM.
