HOW TO TAKE CARE

I decided to create a small collection focused on the topic of mental health, specifically on raising awareness about eating disorders. I chose to do this because I have suffered from eating disorders for several years and I believe it is important to raise awareness and start a conversation about these illnesses and the path to recovery — which is not linear, but it is possible.
