Eco-feminism
As you know, from the very first day I always wanted to make conscious choices for A Female Choice ; despite everyone telling me that I could "wait" that it would have cost me too much to start... but I didn't want to compromise, and from day one I tried in every way to look for fair wear certified producers who had recycled or sustainable materials for the environment, I tried not to over stock, and to recycle (like the faulty clutch bags which then became clutch bags with patches sewn on), to favor small local companies etc... But obviously I want to improve, do more because I'm not yet where I want to be, I'm aware that it takes time and resources but
My dream for A Female Choice is to become 110% an eco-feminist brand.
So today in this blog I'm talking to you about this:

Well, I think that we should all strive to make more conscious choices, as brands, as individuals, as consumers.. I am convinced that fashion has great power, it has always carried messages with it, it represents our society, change, it can be a way to convey powerful messages, to make a social statement but also to change our society. I believe that fashion can create products that do not damage the environment, that can last and/or be reused over time.. and in my small way I will continue to do what I do every day.. try to make a social statement, to try certified suppliers, to recycle where and when possible, to do my part (even if small), but above all to improve every day, to one day be able to say that A Female Choice is a 100% eco-feminist brand.
